Refund Policy

At Aged in Oak and Time, we aim to ensure that every customer has a positive experience when purchasing our products.

Physical Products
If you purchase a physical product, such as a book or collectible item, and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

To request a refund or replacement, customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos of the damaged item.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is significantly different from its description


Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling


Processing Refunds
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
